Location
This excellent accessible five bedroom villa is located on the main road into Callao Salvaje in a central easy to find location and within a five minute trip to the main centre and the beach.
Access
The spacious property is wheelchair friendly, with facilities for those with mobility needs. There is wheelchair access to the main ground floor area, poolside, outdoor dining area, barbeque, and the private walled garden. The ground floor has an accessible bathroom and single bedroom, the bedroom has lots of turning space for a wheelchair user, and an electric bed can be arranged as required. The bathroom includes an open wheel-in shower, and disabled toilet and sink. There is a nearby sofa bed for carers if necessary.
Accommodation
The five bedroom villa has been built to a very high standard, with a large heated swimming pool, and offers three bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen, and also includes ceiling fans in every room, a free Wi-Fi internet connection, and televisions with British TV including sports channels.
The large living area has room for 8 people, with comfortable sofas and chairs, and a large flat-screen television. The room looks out onto the al fresco dining area for those who prefer to eat outside.
The accessible ground floor room also leads to the side terraced area with high walls for privacy to relax and sunbathe. This terrace is where the BBQ area is located which also offers stainless steel grill facilities with a granite preparation table.
The poolside area offers a large swimming pool and space to sunbathe or relax outside in the shade. It is surrounded by high bushes and greenery for complete private relaxation. Towards the rear you can find the covered dining room with wood panel and natural stone walls.
Upstairs you can find the main bathroom with large sunken bath, bidet, hand basin and toilet. Further along the hallway is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large dressing area. On the same floor there are also two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. On the top floor is the attic bedroom with views of the ocean and La Gomera which will comfortably sleep up to four people. All the bedrooms have televisions with DVD players.
Facilities
The American style fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and fully stocked cupboards and wall units. There are stairs down to a washing machine and utility room.

The villa offers fantastic holiday accommodation for large families and groups, and allows you to enjoy your holiday in the sun with leisure, with a garden, terrace, maid and pool servicing, and weekly linen taken care of.
