This accommodation is a 1 min walk down to Porta Colon Beach, where youll find every water sport available to you and youll find a very wide walk way hugging the coastline as far as Los Cristianos one way and past Fanabe and onto the very popular fishing village of La Caleta - with hundreds of bars and restaurants for you to choose from and many activities and play grounds for the children.

This bungalow is accessible, it features an accessible wet room and level/ramped access into accommodation.
Wheelchair accessible through out property / gardens except small bathroom and smallest bedroom with the new bunk beds.
Accommodation
This is a beautiful, quiet Bungalow / villa which is right in front of the pool. There is a shaded relaxation area at back of bungalow where you can play games or have your early morning breakfast or evening meal with a relaxing glass of wine. New grd furniture and up market sun loungers in wrap around terrace on 190m2 plot. Mostly new indoor furniture is to a high standard. Can accommodate up to 11 persons as the twin beds have been exchanged for bunk, beds double on the bottom, single on top and there is sofa bed and Z beds. There is an Italian wood in-laid table + 6 carved chairs, 60" Flat TV + Android box. There are loads of channels including BBC 1+2, ITV 1+2+3. Plenty of wardrobe space and a sea view from side, which is Ideal for children or pets as you can see them at all times when they are in pool area. There is also loads of room for them to play ball, racket games, play chase, ride bikes etc.
