The twin villas are brand new, 4 bedroom, semi-detached villas with their own private gardens and swimming pools, located in quiet part of Dalyan surrounded by private villas, rather than hotels of any crowded accommodation. A supermarket is only 400 metres from the villas, and the town centre 800 metres.
The villas have been purpose built to offer 100% wheelchair accessibility to guests, at no additional cost.
Access
The surrounding town of Dalyan is flat, and ideal for wheelchair travel. The garden, terrace, Jacuzzi, and pool area are completely step-free. The private swimming pool of each villa features a pool hoist. 3 of the 4 en-suite bathrooms feature wheel-in showers and grab rails. Shower chairs, and a mobile hoist, are available for use. Scooter hire can be organised. The wide, open-plan floor space makes for ease of movement and turning throughout the accommodation, and the doors are extra wide. The villa also features its own lift, allowing you to reach the upper floors with ease.
Accommodation
Villas have spacious air-conditioned open plan kitchen and living room with dining area on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with high quality comfortable sitting set, 42" satellite TV with surround sound system, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. The living room opens up to the terrace and the swimming pool.
On the mid-floor you will find two large en-suite bedrooms. The top floor luxury suite comes with a super king bed, en-suite and large balcony overlooking the pool. All rooms are air-conditioned, with ample storage, TVs and balconies.
The villa is cleaned twice a week and bed linens and towels are replaced during the cleaning. 2 sets of towels are provided per person for shower and swimming pool use. There is an underfloor heating system throughout the villa, which is active in the cooler months of the year. Bathrooms are equipped with shower and shower gel, and hair dryers.
Facilities
The villa has its own private swimming pool with step free access to the terrace, travertine poolside decking and green grass garden. Leylandii hedges around the neighbouring walls create a secluded garden while letting the sun in the westerly facing garden. The private swimming pool is chemical free and has a separate Jacuzzi and children’s pool. It is surrounded by grass and sun loungers and cleaned daily. The pool area also includes a barbeque. For the safely of young families a light and secure aluminium fence is available on request to surround the pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modcons, including a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee machine. The kitchen doesn’t only cover the basics for you - it provides all kinds of cutlery and cooking ware, giving you the comfort and practicality of a home. There is also a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board downstairs.
Every room, and the living room, feature a UK power socket for your convenience. 2 bicycles per villa are at the guests' service, free of charge. Cots and highchairs are also available to you, for free. An alarm system and safe are provided, alongside smoke detectors. Also, local tours and activities are available and can be arranged.
