If you are looking for a holiday cottage with a swim spa in Ceredigion, then this bungalow is the perfect property for you. Located just outside of Bow Street in the small village of Llandre, this bungalow is in the ideal location between Borth, a popular seaside resort and Aberystwyth a seaside University town.
Locally the bungalow is situated on a working sheep farm with a local bar & restaurants a mere two minutes walk away. The peaceful surroundings hide many activities such as clay pigeon shooting, pony trekking, quad biking and golf courses. Just at the end of the lane is a bus stop, making access to the surrounding villages and towns easy. Added to that there is a nature path just near the bungalow, which is a regular place to spot Red Kites and other such glorious birds and wildlife.

The property is accessible, including a ground floor bedroom with an en-suite wet room with a wheel-in shower.
Accommodation
Bedroom 1: Double bed and two single beds, with a wet room en-suite.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, Single bed with a Day bed with a shower room en-suite.
Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with a bathroom (and overhead) shower en-suite. This bathroom also connects to the main hallway and so is accessible to guests from the hallway as well.
Facilities
The bungalow is set in peaceful, idyllic surroundings with your own private garden and fantastic views of the Eleri Valley. The bungalow has a spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge area, with French doors opening onto a patio area with amazing views over the surrounding countryside. On the patio there is also a double BBQ which guests can use. The bungalow has a seperate lounge with large flat screen TV. Pets are more than welcome at the bungalow, as they understand for many of their guests their pet is part of the family.
The patio area is not enclosed, however there is an enclosed area from beside the patio and around the rear of the property. Within this area there is also an 18 foot swim spa for guests to enjoy (please note swim spa availability is weather permitting). The enclosed area is not wholly suitable for pets, we would not advise this area to be suitable for dogs off their leads.

This property would make for an excellent stay in the heart of Wales, with fantastic stand-out facilities, and well-equipped to accommodate large families and gatherings.
