This stunning, 3 Bedroom Barn is set in the heart of Monmouthshire close to the little town of Usk, ideal for exploring the Brecon Beacons and Offa’s Dyke footpath. The town of Usk is idyllic with its fairytale castle, independent shops, many pubs and famous floral decorations. The appealing village of Raglan is also close by, offering a castle, pubs, farm shop, gliding club and award-winning butcher! Visitors to this area will have plenty to keep them occupied including Coarse fishing, a visit to Tintern Abbey, The market towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth (all under 10 miles from the barn), Exceptional golf courses abound (Ryder Cup 2010) and of course, excellent walking in the Brecon Beacons, Offa’s Dyke, Wye and Usk Valley.

This property is wheelchair accessible, and features a disabled wet room en-suite to the disabled room with a wheel-in shower.
Accommodation
The living and dining area features a wood burner, 55” Freeview Smart TV and DVD player, and bi-folding doors which lead into the patio. The property features 4 bedrooms, the first room includes a super king size bed and an en-suite wet room. There are options of king size beds, super kind size beds, and twin beds. There is an additional two shower rooms. The property features an enclosed, lawned garden with a patio, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Sun loungers and a firepit are available.
Facilities
The property includes a self-catering kitchen to allow you to cook your own meals, including an electric oven, induction hob, combi microwave/steamer, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, and dishwasher. The utility room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property features underfloor oil heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi internet access, all of which are included in the price of your stay. There are complimentary initial logs for your wood burner, along with a welcome pack. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. One pet is welcome.
