This is a 3 Star rated two-bedroom cottage cleverly laid out to easily accommodate less able guests if required. Within the historical village of Aberffraw approximately 4 miles from coastal village of Rhosneigr. The cottage sits in the grounds of the court of Prince Llewelyn, ruler of Wales in the 13th century. The traditional Welsh cottage is newly refurbished to an exceptional standard, boasting light, airy rooms, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished to offer everything you need from a holiday property.

The downstairs bathroom is mobility-friendly featuring a wheel-in shower. The flexible, ground floor bedroom can be laid out as either a twin or single to allow additional wheelchair space and access if required.
Accommodation
The cottage makes use of open plan living space, maximising the room to move and for relaxing, cooking, and dining. An adapted bathroom and bedroom are featured on the ground floor, with an additional large double bedroom and shower room featured on the first floor, sleeping a maximum total of 4 people.
The owners will give you a complimentary welcome pack with your stay, featuring a few essentials to get you started on your holiday, including milk, tea, coffee, sugar, multi-purpose spry, sponge, J-cloths, washing-up liquid, hand soap, and Welsh biscuits. Also included is information on the property, the local area, and the island.
The property complies with all fire safety regulations, and all bed linens and towels are commercially laundered, with hotel quality satin white as standard.
