The cottage is perfectly located just a 2 minute walk from the large sandy beach at Lligwy and the all Wales Coastal Path. The property offers jaw-dropping panoramic views of Lligwy, the beach and Bay from almost all rooms.
Access
The cottage has been designed with mobility difficulties in mind. The property has level access into the property and a ground floor bedroom with en suite wet room. The ground floor bedroom allows for flexible sleeping arrangements as it can be set up as a super king bed or 2 single beds. The French doors in this room lead to a patio area, allowing guests to take in the stunning views of the bay!
Accommodation
This 4 bedroom property features an open plan living across the living area, dining room/conservatory and kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms and a separate W.C!
Bathrooms:
The first bathroom is the ensuite to the ground floor bedroom and features wet room with a level access shower, separate bath, W.C. and wash basin. The upstairs Bathroom has a bath, separate shower, W.C., and wash basin. There is a third toilet with W.C. and wash basin.
Bedrooms:
The beds in the ground floor bedroom can be set as either a super king bed or 2 single beds (zip and link beds). There is also a King bed bedroom with view of the bay, a third bedroom with quirky round window which has zip and link beds so can be set as a super king bed or 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom features 2 cabin beds.
Facilities
Wi-Fi, T.V, DVD player, parking, dining table and chairs for 8 people, iron, ironing board, electric 'Rangemaster' range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/drier. No smoking and No pets.
