The estate is just twenty minutes from Swansea and lies in the heart of the Gower Peninsula in South Wales. It is only one mile from the coast and has panoramic views over Oxwich Bay and Penrice Park. There are 16 holiday properties on the estate, including this one which was originally the centre of all agricultural and commercial activity on the estate. The tenants would come here to pay their rent. Gower was the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Britain and is ideal for walking, bird watching, boating, golf, watersports, horse riding and fishing.

This one storey, self catering cottage has two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a single 3ft 6 inch wide Adjustamatic bed. A small pull out bed can be requested for an additional young child in the single room.
Facilities
There is a large sitting-room with an open fire. The good sized bathroom (formerly the strong room) has a walk-in shower cubicle, bath, lavatory and wash hand basin. The kitchen has an electric cooker, gas hob, washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator and very small chest deep freezer with a large conservatory leading from it. Lawns and paving surround the house. Wi-Fi access is available from this cottage. Bath and hand towels, tea towels and a kitchen hand towel are included in the cost.
