The picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa(Pollença) lies on the northern tip of Majorca and is surrounded by the spectacular Boquer mountains. The apartments are only two minutes walk from the beach and main Pine Walk area. It is particularly popular amongst families as it offers a safe environment due to much of the resort being pedestrianised. This also makes the resort suitable for wheelchair users. It is a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again!
Nearby is the quaint town of Pollenca and the livelier holiday resort of Alcudia. Alcudia old town is a beautifully restored walled city with plenty going on inside - fiestas, fairs and fabulous markets, as well as cutting-edge restaurants and boutique hotels. There's nothing like a city wall with ramparts and narrow cobbled streets to transport you straight back to medieval times.

One of the biggest selling points of this apartment is that it is located in the middle of the town so everything is close to hand. The apartments have level access from the pavement and have extra wide doors. The apartments have walk/wheel in showers with the appropriate grab rails. A shower chair and hoist are provided free of charge!.

This 3 bedroom apartment has 2 twin rooms and 1 single room with an extra pull out bed. There are 2 showerrooms both of which are accessible to wheelchair users with a walkin shower. Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a weekly cleaning service.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen - Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, toaster etc. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and drying area.
