If you are interested in Wheelchair Accessible Holiday Accommodation in WoodPecker Lodge, England and require further information then please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Woodpecker has recently been refurbished and is a one-bedroom lodge which is a detatched end-of-row cottage in a peaceful setting. The bright kitchen includes an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer dryer. 

The bedroom in Woodpecker has a stylish king-sized bed, a built in wardrobe, a dressing chest of drawers and two 3-drawer bedside cabinets.  The curtains and runner were custom made locally. There is a wet-room with a power shower and all lodges have individually-controlled central heating systems. All beds have Egyptian cotton bedding. 

Outside there is a South-facing wooden deck with lovely views across the lake to the fields and woodland beyond, which can be accessed by patio doors from the lounge. There is a car parking space immediately in front of the lodge and a covered porch for storing your walking boots, bicycles, surfboards or mobility equipment. There is also access to a washing line and a barbecue area. Please note that WoodPecker Cottage do not accept more than 3 adults in this lodge because the sofa bed is a small double.

The cottages at Wooder Manor are set back from a quiet country road just a half-mile level walk from Widecombe-in-the-Moor, a vibrant village rich with traditions. The annual fair has been hosted here since 1850, while the Cafe on the Green has been serving tea and cake since 1926. The village also has two very good pubs with beer gardens and The Wayside Cafe providing further choice, so you’re not short of options if you decide to wander into the village for a bite to eat if you don’t feel like cooking.
